Highnews is a free of cost monthly bulletin that the Association of Tamil Nadu Highways Engineers or ATNHE publishes each month keeping in mind the welfare of our members.

The main aim of Highnews is to connect our members working across the state of Tamil Nadu with each other. The best part is that this bulletin is provided free of cost to all our active life members.
